How to use:
●You can use dip rolling process.
●Recommended density: 10-30g/L
●PH value of finishing liquid: 4.0-6.0
●Liquid carrying rate: about 40-80%, depending on fiber type and fabric structure.
●Finishing liquid temperature: 20-25C.
●Drying temperature: 110-130℃, 60-120 seconds.
●Baking temperature: 150-170°C, 60-180 seconds.Precautions for use:
●The fabric does not contain other surfactants, especially penetrating and softening agents, keeping fabric surface should be neutral.
●Do not stir the bath liquid at high speed. High shear may damage the lotion.
●The liquid carrying rate must be controlled between 60-75%.
●The pre drying temperature should not exceed 130℃ , and the fabric should be dried as much as possible.
●The baking temperature should be as high as possible, generally not lower than 150°C. If the temperature is too low, the water repellent effect of the cloth surface will become worse.
●If you encounter fabrics with poor permeability, it is recommended to add a penetrant to improve the permeability of the fabric.
●After washing the fabric, it should be baked or ironed at a high temperature so as to restore a good water repellency effect.Storage:
● Properly stored in a closed container can be stable for 1 year.
● This product is sensitive to temperatures above 30C or below 5°C.
● After opening, pay attention to sealing, far from flames or direct exposure to sunlight, and store in a cool ventilated warehouse.
● The storage, transportation, and usage of this product should comply with the general health and safety regulations for chemical storage and transportation, and should not be swallowed.Performance
