How to use:
●You can use dip rolling process.
●Recommended density: 40-80g/L
●PH value of finishing liquid: 4.0-6.0
●Liquid carrying rate: about 40-80%, depending on fiber type and fabric structure.
●Finishing liquid temperature: 20-25C.
●Drying temperature: 110-130℃, 60-120 seconds.
●Baking temperature: 150-170°C, 60-180 seconds.Reminds: While you are handling fabrics that are relatived wet or have a low liquid carrying ratem you can add 3-8g/l porfessional penetrant.
Precautions for use:
●The fabric does not contain other surfactants, especially penetrating and softening agents, and the fabric surface should be neutral.
●When using a fluorine-free waterproof agent in the same bath with other products, it is important to pay attention to the compatibility.
●Do not stir the bath liquid at high speed. High shear may damage the lotion.
●When using fluorine-free waterproof agents, the liquid carrying rate must be controlled between 60-75%.
●The pre drying temperature should not exceed 130 ℃, and the fabric should be dried as much as possible.
●The baking temperature should be as high as possible, generally not lower than 150 ℃. If the temperature is too low, the water repellent effect of the cloth surface will become worse.
●If you encounter fabrics with poor permeability, it is recommended to add a penetrant to improve the permeability of the fabric.
●After washing the fabric, it should be baked or ironed at a high temperature to restore a good waterproof effect.Storage:
●Properly stored in a closed container can be stable for 1 year. This product is sensitive to temperatures above 30 ℃ or below 5 ℃.
●After opening, pay attention to sealing, avoid open flames or direct exposure to sunlight, and store in a cool and ventilated warehouse.
●The storage, transportation, and use of this product should comply with the general health and safety regulations for chemical storage and transportation, and should not be swallowed.Performance
